If you change your mind:
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. Return the goods unused and in the same condition that you received them, along with the purchase receipt within 14 days and we will give you a full refund. Beyond 14 days such returns may be eligible for a store credit but if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send products back to us if they are soiled or used as they will not be eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the goods or they are damaged on arrival please contact us. We may need the goods back to investigate or send them to our supplier so we advise you to keep hold of the product & receipt, and if possible take photos and document the fault for us in an email.
